OOPS! 2 Girls and 2 Boys

I MUST HAVE PICKED UP THE SAME PUPPY TWICE!

Trixie is on the lookout!  We had an issue....
 One thing at a time...

Here, I'll show you how easily the gender mix-up happened...

 Rocky (Boy)
Missy (Girl)

They almost look like puzzle pieces.
(They're going to be very pretty!)

Ranger (Boy)

Maggie (Girl)

Their dew claws were removed today & they've been quite vocal, which makes the adult dogs worry.

Here is the other exciting thing that happened, ALREADY...

Holly

A number of you have met Holly and you know that she is SUPER sweet, likes attention and is a WONDERFUL playmate and nanny.
(She took care of (2) puppies, over the summer, and had a wonderful time doing it!)

She loves puppies but doesn't seem to want her own, so far.  She's happy with Trixie's!

Rocky's lightening bolt

In the past, she has met the puppies, when they were around (3) weeks old.
HOLLY COULDN'T WAIT!

Trixie and the gang went outside and Holly laid low, stayed behind and she snuck in.

I have no idea what she did but Trixie knows that she has been in there and doesn't want to leave her puppies, even to go outside!

Knowing Holly, she probably nudged them around,
with her nose, of course.
At any rate, Trixie KNEW things weren't right.

The vet suggested taking the puppies outside with her.
I've never taken puppies outside, until 6 weeks old.

You've got to do what you've got to do!  GOODNESS.

I have people that are emailing me and looking forward to seeing these pictures but pups are still available!

THEY'RE HERE!

(3) Girls and (1) Boy

(Three Tri-color and one Sable/White)

The puppies are close to being the same size and started nursing, immediately.

The little boy's name is 'Rocky'

in honor of a friend's dog that just passed.

I can easily tell the little boy, because he has more color, on this back.

Trixie is exhausted. She started panting yesterday @ 5:00 and couldn't get settled all nite.  She just sat up, 99% of the time.

She is a good mother and is very protective.

She had her first contraction @ 9:00 and the first puppy was born @ 9:35.

To all of my Papillon adopted families, if any of your friends are interested in a puppy and you recommend, I'll give $25.00 off.
